Free Grocery Offers

Im not vegan or anything. I have a very rare liver condition called galactosemia my liver has no enzyme to break down milk products if i eat anything with milk in it I could die. Does anyone know where I can find a dairy free grocery shopping list? It would really help me out a lot. Thanks.
