Sunday newspaper — a hundred or 2 every week. But whether very many of them are worth using is questionable. Also, be VERY careful on the numbers . . . most require you to buy 2 of an item and more recently some have been upping the ante to 3!!! All of which, on items that are overpriced to start with, doesn’t make a particularly good buy — better to consider generic products and/or weekly supermarket sales.

be carefull with internet coupons. most stores (ie: grocery stores) don’t accept them

The Sunday newspaper always has food coupons. Also, you can go to your local grocery store and locate their ad; there are bound to be coupons in there. Lastly, try online: http://microsite.coupons.com/gmsa/offers.asp?UID=0&lgn=0&sgn=&pid=11695&ZID=qh33&NID=10&X=1

Well for the most part retail outlets keep the weekly ad copy somewhere around the entrance of their stores. Other places are the newspaper, especially sunday’s, and all that mail clogging your box.
