I would have to say the first offer. The medical coverage is a huge plus, as coverage can cost over a thousand a month for a family.

I would have some reservations about taking a job with a company that's considered "not 100% reliable." Your deliveries are how you get your goods to your customer, in other words, that's how you bring the money in. I would wonder how on top of the rest of the business they are.

I would personally go with option one because it's more stable. My opinion. Good luck.
